Handloom Weavers Co-operative Societies | Govt Rebate Application

Handloom Co-operative society may apply in prescribed form to get the Government rebate allowed by the society to its customers as per the direction of the Government.

Society must keep the following ready for inspection:

  1. Opening Bill to be attested by the concerned inspector
  2. Closing Bills to be attested by the inspector
  3. Opening stock statement - item wise (quantity to be shown in metres)
  4. Closing stock statement - item wise
  5. Yarn stock report
  6. Certificate of Welfare board that subscription has been paid and its uptodate
  7. Certificate stating that morethan 60% of the sales collection has been remitted into RBICC Account of the society
  8. Certificate stating that all weavers details are uploaded online
  9. Certificate regarding Handloom Mark registration and the serial numbers of starting and ending  Handloom marks
  10. Copy of bank passbook to show that above 60% of the collection has been remitted to the RBICC accout
  11. Application must be submitted in triplicate, original for Director, copy to General Manager, and second copy to the inspector who recommend it
  12. Individual invoice should not be above Rs 5000/- If so, the payment must be collected as bank transfer
  13. Rebate must not be allowed to wholesalers or handweave who purchase in bulk
  14. Application must reach the General manager within 2 months of the rebate period
